Please be aware:
The characteristics of the Wood used to build a particular product may vary slightly from the wood used in any samples or product photography due to the inherent characteristics of the material. Wood is a natural material. There will be variations, including knots, texture and grain variations. We cannot control or guarantee the exact look of any board or product.
As wood is a natural product, even though we take great care in preventing wood warp by finishing our products correctly when we kiln dry the timber and paint, it can be prone to bowing, kinking, twisting, cupping or crooking
In turn, no representation, warranty and/or guarantee is made with respect to the precise colour, lustre or appearance of finishes of any product.
All of our products are completely handcrafted, and we make no representation or guarantee that any product will appear exactly as any another.
Wood is a natural product that responds to temperature and humidity variations by expanding and contracting. Sometimes these changes may be noticeable in the physical appearance of the product. Although every care is taken to ensure our products can handle temperature and humidity changes, the conditions of your home can affect the wooden products you buy from us.
Your items can experience small movements and cracks as it adjusts - this is not a fault, but a natural occurrence within the fibres of a natural product.
We advise you to keep the product in consistent, stable conditions to minimise the effects of temperature and moisture change in the atmosphere. For example, avoiding placing the product close to a heat source such as a radiator or window will go a long way to ensuring the longevity of the product.
