Refunds, returns & Cancellation Policy

 

Distance selling regulations only apply if your item has not been custom made or bespoked for you. If the Distance Selling Regulations do apply and you need to return an item, the item has to be returned to us within 14 days of your receipt of the order. Please call or email us before returning the item/product for instructions. Returned items need to be in a saleable condition, non-customised, unused and unpacked and made within 14 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot refund delivery charges if you change your mind.

Please note that discounted or sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Custom made or bespoke products like Cots, cribs, bedding, personalised gifts, furniture, furnishings are non-returnable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. All goods must be inspected immediately following delivery and will be repaired or replaced free of charge if found to be defective or damaged in any way arising from defects in manufacturing or delivery by our representatives, however The Luxury Cot Company must be informed within 24hrs of receiving the goods in these instances.

This warranty does not apply to any defect arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than as recommended by The Luxury Cot Company, failure to follow The Luxury Cot Company’s instructions on aftercare, or any alteration or repair carried out without our approval. Occasionally, delays occur which are outside of our control such as production or shipping delays. We will not allow a cancellation in such circumstances and all efforts will be made to expedite the delivery of your items.
